Extremely Fun and Informative

The adult Karate and Jiu Jitsu classes are extremely fun and informative. Every class I am learning or trying something new, and Sensei Matt does an excellent job breaking things down so you can really understand what you are doing and why. After only a few weeks I noticed improvement in not only my abilities, but in my confidence as well!
